Forward & Defense Specific Camp
JULY 29th - AUGUST 2nd
Our position specific camp is designed to focus on individual skills that coaches often do not have time to work on during their season with specifically forwards and defense. Forwards and defense will be split into groups accordingly to focus on position specific drills.
For defense skills such as: backward skating, gap control, boxing out, surfing/angling, walking the blue line, hinge passing etc.
For forwards skills such as: forward skating, picking up rims, board play, offensive zone play, puck protection, shooting in stride, catch and release shooting, faceoffs, net front tips/screens etc.
Details:
- 2.5 hours of on ice per day
- 1 hour of dryland per day
- 1 hour of classroom per day
Total 12.5hrs of ice + 10hrs dryland/classroom
Location: Civic Arena
Time: Drop off 8am, pick up 3:30pm daily
Age Groups: U9, U11, U13
Cost: $450.00 plus tax
